Hummus Recipe
Ingredients
Garbanzo beans, 1 can or cooked equivalent
1/3 cup EVO
1/2 cup tahini
3/4 teaspoon Kosher salt: use less if non-kosher salt is used
1/3 cup cup lemon juice
1 medium size garlic, diced
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Blend together
- Add ½ oz. boiling water (boil in the microwave)
